About Dr. Whitney MCFADden

Dr. Whitney McFadden is a board-certified psychiatrist who studied neurobiology at UC Berkeley, earned her medical degree from UC San Diego, and completed residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. She later conducted research at Harvard Medical School alongside Dr. George Church.

Her passion eventually shifted toward whole person care- exploring how hormones, nutrition, and the nervous system shape emotional wellbeing. Inspired by her own healing, she founded WillowMind Health to offer transformative care for women seeking clarity, strength, and purpose.

Fitness

We have free weekly in person fitness sessions as well as virtual guided body and somatic practices that help with proprioception and body awareness as you build strength 

Nutrition

We provide a comprehensive nutrition program that guides you step by step each week through a life changing education around food choices and mind and body health. 

Our Approach

We’ve developed a 3–12 month high-touch program that blends clinical insight with whole-body healing. Each client receives dedicated guidance, consistent support, and a level of care rarely found in traditional settings.

Detox

We help your body release toxins in the gut and metabolic system including heavy metals, liver metabolism support, parasites, and  regular bowel movements and elimination methods. 

Mentorship

We provide 2 weekly virtual group sessions that guide you through mindfulness practices and education that allows for you to move through the challenges of changing your health.  We also meet twice a month for 30 minutes to help support your individual progress.

Hormones

We support the metabolic health of hormone creation and elimination and help you find balance and have your body circulating with natural rhythms. 

Community

You learn that health is done in community and when we all get healthier we all do better.  When you see others making progress and transforming their lives you see how you can do it too!  The benefit of community groups and support is unparalleled in health and wellness.

    This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s a premium, guided experience designed to help you feel clear, strong, and like yourself again — fully and sustainably.

  • We do not accept insurance and offer program investments and financing options to create affordable monthly payments. Working outside of insurance allows us to provide personalized, private care with longer sessions and full attention.
